I purchased a stunning A7 from Sam at SD Vehicles this year. Myself and Sam discussed the warranty which I extended and Sam took the time to go through a plan with me if there were any issues with the car due to my location being quite far away from SD Vehicles. Unfortunately I did have a major issue, which happens with second hand car sales however Sam responded quickly and delivered exactly as he said he would and resolved the issue. I am very happy with my purchase and the support received when needed. I would buy from SD Vehicles again.

Flawless sale
Sam was very helpful throughout the whole process. We initially emailed with a list of questions and he was very quick to get back to us with in-depth answers. This led to a phone call to arrange a viewing. On seeing the car it was in immaculate condition but missing car mats, however as part of the deal Sam agreed to buy a new set of mats at no extra cost. The car was then delivered in a week with no issues. Sam has excellent customer service and we would more than happily be repeat customers in the future.

This is everything you want from a car dealer.After being messed about by two cowboy dealers, I got in contact with Sam to ask about an E63 he had. Sam replied straight away, answering questions I hadn't even asked yet. He spoke with real passion and knowledge about what he was selling. I immediately knew this was the car I wanted and thankfully Sam, like myself, is a perfectionist. He made sure the car was fully perfect before collection, changing tyres, TPMS modules, he kept me up to date the whole time and even sent video updates of work that was being done.I've never bought a car without going up to see it first - this is the only time I've done it. That's the level of confidence that Sam instills. I pitched up and met Sam and his team and we went for a drive, Sam did the paperwork quickly and efficiently (and I played with his dog who is cute as anything). He even put £40 of fuel in for me to go home. Personal, communicative, knowledgeable, passionate - Sam is an absolute credit to the car selling game.

Great Experience

It's fair to same I'm a cautious buyer. From start to finish Sam answered all my questions, send videos of the car, around it. Under it, sounds of it. Anything I requested. I was still nervous so he drove to mine (4 hours) so I could test drive the car before buying. No charge for delivery.There is now a maserati on my drive! Part exchange process easy as anything, he gave me a very fair price to get a deal done, didn't knock me down as we were both honest with the condition. Even offered to buy the car back In a year or two as it won't be a long term purchase. There was absolutely no pressure, brilliant from start to finish! Maserati is fantastic

I have purchased 2 cars now from Sam at SD vehicles and must say I have never felt so relaxed and confident in making a purchase. No pushy sales tactics and very knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles highlighting pros and cons for different models allowing you to make an informed decision. Also the icing on the cake was a few days after my 2nd purchase we were out for a meal with friends when an expensive bottle of champaign was presented to us curtesy of .... Sam! who was sat a few tables away. We were all blown away by this gesture. Now while I cannot be sure he will stalk all of his customers, waiting for the opportunity to impress in this way I think it is a great indicator of the way SD vehicles is managed. Best car purchase experience ever!
Firstly, to sum up. From start to finish a totally brilliant purchasing experience. I went to view the car the 1st and had a look while he left to look at numbers. I had a test drive. Which was relaxing with no pressure. Some of the features I was was not sure of were shown. Once we got back. I said I wanted to consider it. From there I had two more viewings before I made my purchase! And throughout it all no pressure. Just accurate, honest and beyond helpful. I will go back again when I'm in the market again. I had a particular car in mind with a specific specification and having searched extensively I found the said vehicle ... Being over 100 miles away from me and not wishing to travel that far I had to put my trust in the dealer and his on line photos.. Once I made the initial phone call enquiring about the vehicle my mind was put at rest that I was dealing with a professional who knew about customer service and also prides himself on the cars he sells.. The whole process, including my part exchange went smoothly and efficiently to the point where the vehicle i purchased was delivered on the day promised and my part exchange driven away... We agreed the deal over the phone, Sam trusted me with my car to give an honest part ex valuation as I did trust Sam with the condition and description of the car I purchased... I highly recommend Sam at SD Vehicles and wouldn't hesitate in dealing with him again in the future whether it be purchasing a car he has in stock or asking him to source a particular car for me.. Genuine, honest and helpful Service
I purchased my Audi RS4 from SD Vehicles, and was really impressed with the overall experience. As the vehicle is quite specialized, I was reassured and impressed with the technical knowledge of Sam. It was clear to me that SD Vehicles have a passion for Cars and Motorsport which also provides re-assurance that they know what they are doing. Another think to mention is that the car developed a fault with the suspension AFTER I purchased the vehicle. Sam was very responsive and efficient in ensuring that the appropriate parts were sourced, and fitted by Experts. All of this done with no cost to myself, as it was covered by Warranty (for which I was incredibly grateful). As a result of my experience, I even ended up trusting them to perform some repairs on my other pride and joy! I strongly recommend SD Vehicles, and hope to do business with them again in the future

Great car sales business
Having found the car we were interested in over a bank holiday weekend, I sent a message to check availability and if the car was still for sale. Wasn't expecting confirmation until the next day due to the bank holiday but was surprised Sam sent me a message and we set up a time and date to view the vehicle. We were having to travel 2.5 hrs to get to the location so was slightly apprehensive. We arrived and was greeted by Sam whose best efforts to keep the car looking good was being suppressed by the wet weather that particular day. Even with that he answered all our questions with confidence and took us for a test drive. We had a part exchange which he gave us a great price for and the new vehicle came well equipped for the asking price and mileage was great. It was a seamless experience dealing with Sam and we ended up driving the new vehicle home having done the deal there and then. This is a very honest review of a very professional, composed and relaxed purchase from Sam at SD Cars who made the whole viewing, test drive and buying experience relaxed, professional and without us feeling pressurised, clearly advising all the relevant history and car specification details in a calm friendly manner based from his wonderful, extremely well kept countryside location. Sam is very experienced, knowledgeable without being over bearing and his advert was extremely accurate. We purchased a very high specification Ford Focus ST-Line X 182 and a comprehensive 2 year extended warranty package from him and traded in our Ford Mondeo TDCi which we had owned for nearly 15 years. Every detail of the transaction was described perfectly and accurately and his prices are very competitive and the quality of his othet stock is of extremely high order. He also has a small but well equipped service bay on site who serviced the car prior to delivery and refurbished a very small imperfection on one of the alloys to a very high standard. We are thrilled with the car, with Sam and his after sales service with a message to see how our new ownership experience was going. I would definitely highly recommend dealing with SD vehicles. Communication was spot on from my initial enquiry, right through to driving away as a very happy Audi SQ5 owner. Despite not being near the office with any details to hand, Sam had the answer to every question I had about the car, which was immaculate and exactly as he described it. He's very easy to talk to, knows his stuff, and a pleasure to deal with, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

Recently purchased an A4 estate from Sam which unfortunately highlighted an issue within a few hundred miles. Thinking I might have a long and tedious process trying to get to some kind of agreement I was pleasantly surprised when Sam took ownership of the issue and ensured a compete fix as well as providing a courtesy car for the time mine was being worked on. These things do happen on occasion and I'm glad I had chosen to go through a reputable dealer who will take ownership of the issue and who was on hand to contact at any time.
